About the Job
Join our dynamic marketing team as a Social Marketer, where you’ll play a key role in expanding our brand through affiliate and influencer marketing. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for growing the brand by partnering with relevant third parties to reach new audiences. This role offers a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and execution, making it ideal for someone passionate about brand promotion and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Affiliate Marketing:
• Assist in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate programs, including recruiting new affiliates, maintaining relationships, and ensuring compliance with program terms via our Impact platform.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing support to maximize their performance.
• Track affiliate sales, commissions, and payments to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Influencer Marketing:
• Identify and reach out to influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring brand alignment and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and report on influencer performance, including engagement, reach, and ROI, and provide insights for future campaigns.
General Marketing Support:
• Assist in creating briefs and guidelines to ensure brand consistency in influencer and affiliate content.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to align affiliate and influencer efforts with broader brand strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director, including maintaining records, organizing files, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and influencer management to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and affiliate networks.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills, along with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong self-discipline, with the ability to follow up and stay on top of tasks without needing to be prompted.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
